Galatians 1:1-5 & Ephesians 1:1-2
 
The Purpose that Paul Writes is to Defend the Gospel of Grace.

• This is the heart of the Gospel. The heart of the NT. We receive the gift of grace by faith alone.

 
3 different passages that I want you to hear today as we prepare for Revival

1. Galatians 5:7, “You were running a good race. Who cut in on you to keep you from obeying the truth?”

• Who or what cut in or hindered you?

 
2. Galatians 5:16-17, “So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.  For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
 

• Paul says, if you chase after the flesh, the flesh will win. If you chase after the spirit, the spirit will win.

3. Galatians 6:9, “let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

• The key is not just about: Are bad things happening in your life. The key is: Are you doing the good that God has gifted you with?
